As a professional musician myself, I know how difficult it can be to turn an ambitious artistic idea into reality. Whether it’s recording and releasing an album, taking a project on tour, developing a festival or creating a larger-scale production, strong ideas need a solid financial foundation.
With over five years of fundraising experience, I help artists and cultural organisations turn their ideas into convincing and fundable projects. For me, fundraising means sharpening the artistic vision, finding the right funding opportunities, defining the project’s cultural and social relevance, and developing a realistic budget and funding mix.
I work with individual artists, ensembles, festivals and cultural organisations on projects ranging from recordings, releases and (international) tours to concert series, festivals, talent development programmes and interdisciplinary productions.
To date, I have successfully secured over €200,000 in funding from provincial and municipal governments, Het Cultuurfonds, Fonds Podiumkunsten, AFK, SENA, Amarte, Het Kersjes Fonds, Popradar, and other funding bodies.

Prices
Every project requires a different fundraising approach. My fees therefore depend on the scale of the project, the funding target, the number of relevant funding opportunities and the level of support required.

Consultancy
A tailored funding scan and strategy for artists and organisations who want to handle the applications themselves. The fee for consultancy is €75/hour.
I identify suitable funding opportunities, develop the right funding mix and create a clear roadmap for your project. Communication through online meetings.

<€100.000
For a project with a total budget below €100.000, the price is €3.000 (excl. VAT). Of which 50% fixed (€1.500), and 50% will be billed after raising >€15.000.

€100.000 - €299.000
For a project with a total budget between €100.000 -€299.000, the price is €4.000 (excl. VAT). Of which 50% (€2.000) is billed at the start of the fundraising process, and the other half upon completion, and only after raising ≥€40.000.

>€300.000
For a project with a total budget exceeding €300.000, the price is a combination of a fixed part, €3.500 (excl. VAT), plus 2% of the total fundraising revenues. The fixed part of €3.500 is billed at the start of the fundraising process, and the additional 2% is charged only when funds are raised for a minimum of €75.000 or more.
